1. Overview
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your enrolment in the Itchguard subscription program for the 'Itchband™ Natural' product. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Product Details
Upon subscribing, you will receive:
- Three (3) natural aromatherapy refill sticks (compatible with the bracelet)
- One (1) new Itchband™ Natural bracelet (random color)
- Free shipping (where applicable)
You will receive this bundle once per month on a recurring basis until canceled.

3. Pricing & Billing
- The first order is billed at a discounted subscription price of $29.99, compared to the standard one-time purchase price of $34.99.
- Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the date of initial purchase, at the subscription rate of $29.99 per month.
- You will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of each renewal.

4. Cancellation & Modifications
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time after your first order by logging into your customer account or contacting our support team at hello@itchguard.co
- Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
- We reserve the right to modify the product components, price, or subscription frequency with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated at least 5 business days days before taking effect.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Subscription orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 3 business days of each renewal.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location. USA customers can expect 10-12 day delivery times.
- Shipping is currently included in the subscription price within eligible regions.

6. Free Item Disclaimer
As part of your subscription, you will receive one complimentary Itchband™ Natural bracelet with each monthly shipment. This item is included at no additional charge and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to replace the color or style based on inventory.

7. Returns & Refunds
- Only the original purchase item is eligible for the 'Itchguard Guarantee' of 1 year warranty and 30-day money back guarantee.
- Subsequent monthly re-orders are not eligible for the 'Itchguard Guarantee' once shipped unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
- Customer must cancel their subscription and send us an email to express dissatisfaction within the first 30-days of receiving their first order.
- Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for any issues.
