Complicated refund policies were made for sketchy products and insecure brands. We believe in making things simple, fair, and hassle-free. That's why every Itchguard product is backed by a comprehensive warranty and our signature no-returns replacement process.


1-Year Warranty Included

Every Itchguard product comes with a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and performance failures. If your product is defective or doesn't work as advertised within one year of purchase, we'll send you a brand new replacement absolutely free.
The best part? You don't even have to send the original back. Keep it, recycle it, or dispose of it responsibly. No returns, no hassle.

How It Works

1. Contact Us: Email us at with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Show Us the Problem: Include a short video (even just 10-15 seconds) demonstrating the defect. This is required for all warranty claims and helps us understand what's happening and improve our products.
3. Get Your Replacement: Once approved, we'll ship your brand new unit within 1-2 business days.
This warranty is limited to one (1) free replacement per product purchased.


Upgrade to Lifetime Protection - Up to $10

Want complete peace of mind? For just $5, you can upgrade to our Lifetime Protection Plan. This extends your warranty for as long as you own the product.

What You Get

The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)

To keep our policy fair for everyone, please note the following:
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase from an authorized Itchguard retailer.
• Video Evidence: All warranty claims must include a short video demonstrating the defect. This is non-negotiable and helps us prevent fraud.
• What's Covered: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures only. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents are not covered.
• Replacement Limits: The 1-Year Warranty is limited to one free replacement per product. The Lifetime Protection Plan is limited to one free replacement per calendar year.
• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Our warranty is based on product replacement to ensure you have a working Itchguard device.
• No Returns Required: You may be asked to dispose of the defective unit. Do not resell or give away defective products.
•We Reserve the Right: Itchguard reserves the right to request additional information to process claims and to deny requests that show signs of fraud or abuse.
This warranty is in addition to all applicable consumer protection laws and does not affect your statutory rights.

Q: Why don't you offer refunds?
A: Our goal is to make sure you have a working product that solves your problem. By offering free, no-hassle replacements under warranty, we can get a working unit into your hands faster than a traditional refund/return process. This also helps us keep our prices low for everyone.

A: Our warranty covers product defects and performance failures. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to read our product descriptions and reviews carefully before purchasing.
Q: Why do I have to send a video?
A: A short video is the fastest and easiest way for us to understand the issue. It's much simpler than packing up a product and shipping it back, and it helps us verify the defect to prevent fraud. This keeps our warranty program fair for all customers.
Q: What if my replacement unit is also defective?
A: In the rare event that your replacement unit also has issues, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a different product or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
