Return Policy

Itchguard LLC will accept, for exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the purchase under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Any sign of damage will compromise the Itchguard™ guarantee 

Itchguard™ No-Return Replacement Guarantee

In the event that your Itchguard™ product fails to perform as advertised or becomes defective within the warranty period, Itchguard™ will provide a replacement unit at no cost to the customer. The defective unit may be retained by the customer - no return shipping or product return is required.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Limited to one (1) free replacement per product per calendar year
  • Replacement must be requested within the original warranty period
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase and description of the issue
  • Replacement will be the same model or equivalent current model
  • This policy applies to manufacturing defects and performance failures only
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents are not covered
  • Itchguard™ reserves the right to request photos or additional information to process claims
  • Policy valid for purchases made through authorized Itchguard™ retailers only
