How to Upgrade

Option 1: Add at Checkout (Recommended)

When you're purchasing your Itchguard™ product, simply select the "Lifetime Protection Plan" option on the product page or at checkout. It's a one-time fee (starting at just $5) that covers your device for life.

Option 2: Upgrade After Purchase

Forgot to add it to your order? No problem. Email us at hello@itchguard.co with your order number within 30 days of purchase, and we'll send you a link to upgrade.

How to Make a Claim

If your device stops working, here's what to do:

1.Contact us: Email hello@itchguard.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2.Send a video: Include a short video (10-15 seconds) demonstrating the defect. This is required for all warranty claims.

3.Get your replacement: Once approved, we'll ship your brand new unit within 1-2 business days.

You don't have to send the original back. Just dispose of it responsibly, and your new device will be on its way.

Important Terms & Conditions

To keep this program fair for everyone, here's what you need to know:

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects (faulty components, poor workmanship)

What's NOT Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage, fading)

• Misuse or damage from accidents (drops, water damage, physical abuse)

• Lost or stolen items

Replacement Limits:

Proof of Purchase Required:

Video Evidence Required:

No Cash Refunds:

No Returns Required:
